Approach

Four phases. The same people in every one.

We take fewer mandates than a volume shop so that the people you meet at scoping are the people in the room at signing.

  1. Scope

We begin with what you want to achieve and whether a transaction is the right route. The output is a written scope with a fixed team, fees and a timetable, or a recommendation not to proceed.

    Output: engagement letter

  2. Prepare

Financial model, valuation range, information memorandum and structuring options are built and stress-tested internally so that issues surface with us, not with a counterparty.

    Output: deal materials

  3. Execute

Counterparties are approached in a sequenced process. We manage the data room, respond to diligence, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate legal and tax counsel.

    Output: signed terms

  4. Close

We track CPs, regulatory filings and approvals through to closing, and remain available for post-closing adjustments, earn-out reviews and integration finance.

    Output: completion

Senior-led

A partner is accountable on every mandate and attends every material meeting.

Conflict-free

We do not take mandates on both sides of a transaction or hold positions in client securities.

Plain-spoken

Advice is given in writing, in clear language, including when the advice is to wait.
